Joe & Maureen Nicholson

Joe and Maureen were the organizers of “Blind Jack’s” Folk Club at Knaresborough in the eighties. Since then they have been M.C.ing folk events and running singarounds at festivals all over the country.

If you ask them why they do it, they will tell you it’s because they like a good sing. Their golden rule is that everyone who wishes to sing or play is given the opportunity. So bring your voices, instruments, songs and stories, children are welcome (with grown-up) to wherever they appear on the programme.
