Paul D. Wrigley
Like many a seasoned musician before him, Paul’s performing and song-writing career has covered more years and gigs than he would sometimes like to remember. In the early ‘90s he was instrumental in the formation of the popular Irish/Folk band Folklore. Since Folklore disbanded, Paul has been concentrating on his solo career and developing his song-writing skills, already in evidence before the Folklore efforts. “Wild Horses” was his first album of self-penned songs, containing many personal and audience favourites.
After completing his second album “Don’t let them Dance on Your Dreams” he was lured back into the “band” world, joining the infamous Captain Cooper and his Motley Crew. No chance of him giving up the song-writing, though; he is already compiling ideas, lyrics and tunes on the backs of unpaid bills, beermats and loo paper for what he hopes will be a third album. |
